3. Appointment Scheduling & Service Agreements

• All scheduled service dates and times are estimates and may change due to weather or operational conditions.

• You agree to provide access to your property as reasonably necessary for Manscape Services to perform the Services.

• You acknowledge that refusal of access, presence of hazards, or unsafe conditions may result in rescheduling or cancellation of Services.

4. Pricing & Payment

• Prices for Services are as quoted at the time of purchase or in a signed service agreement.

• Payment is due as outlined in your agreement or invoice. Acceptable payment methods will be listed on your invoice.

• Late payments may incur additional fees or interest.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Customers may cancel or reschedule services by contacting us at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service. Cancellations within less than 24 hours may result in a cancellation fee, as outlined in your service agreement.

6. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information in all communications with Manscape Services, including contact details and property information. Manscape Services reserves the right to refuse service or correct errors in pricing or service descriptions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is owned or licensed by Manscape Services and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any content from the Site without express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Email Messaging

By providing your email address, you agree to receive service-related and promotional emails from us.

To opt out of marketing emails, use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email we send, or contact us at [email protected]. You may still receive transactional and service-related emails after unsubscribing from marketing.
